ANDRITZ Oy is looking for a
MANAGER, Start-ups
to lead a global group of start-up engineers. You will also be responsible
for resource allocation and reporting. Are you ready to work in a leading
technology company offering interesting and varied job?
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• A Master of Science degree in engineering is preferred.
• Demonstrated successful working experience in international
business environment, specially in managerial position.
• Basic understanding of pulp mill equipment and processes, preferably
of fiberline and white liquor plant.
• Capability to organize start-up projects as well as allocate resources in
international and cross-cultural environments all around the world.
• Excellent communications and negotiation skills in a cross-cultural
project environment. Fluent written and spoken English; mastering
other languages is valued.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel short periods of time to support
start-ups.
