• Coming up with good new ideas
• Starting a new venture in our business

This can and should include entrepreneurial people also from the big corporations. The key issue is to have participant who have the approach that change can be beneficial and that understand that changes should be used as an advantage.

We would meet once in a quarter and we would also utilize virtual working methodologies in a modern way in between the meetings.
